Researchers wanted to find out if high or moderate exercise would be safe for patients with Parkinson’s. Increasing disease severity can be slowed with few days of exercise weekly. Vigorous exercise is safe way to delay progress of Parkinson’s. About a million Americans live with Parkinson’s.
