Max Armstrong talks about plan to keep carp out of Great Lakes. (audio)

In some communities across our region, some people will be voting today. There's voting in Kansas City.

A plan recommended by U.S. Corps of Engineers would cost $275 million and there's no guarantee it would work to keep invasive Asian carp out of Great Lakes. They'd use underwater sounds and other electronic barriers.

Word came from Kansas that 19-year-old bride who died when pickup car hit a teen on Saturday. The teens were married Friday.
