It appears that all Amtrak trains are running again this morning. Amtrak's Hiawatha line that runs between Milwaukee and Chicago temporality suspended service due to flooding. 

As grain futures market gave up ground overnight I saw some online chatter about how rain makes grain. One analyst said rain on Chicago has impact. In this era of electronic trading, suggesting that local rain in Chicago breaks the market is a little bit silly, I think.
