One of the problems with being in the limelight is sometime's a bit too bright: Chris Soules, star of The Bachelor and later Dancing with the Stars is charged with leaving the scene of an accident. He is accused of being behind the wheel of his pickup and rear ending John Deere tractor. The Aurora farmer driving the tractor later died.

Sonny Perdue was sworn in by Clarence Thomas, fellow Georgian, as agriculture secretary. One of first things he did was launch his twitter account.

Chipotle just can't win. Posted better than expected earnings yesterday. Gains erased when company revealed it had experienced a data breach.

Nordstrom is selling a pair of jeans covered with fake mud. Jeans embody rugged American workwear, the company says and they retail for $425. Or you can buy $15 pair of jeans and go outside and get dirty.
