The police in Columbus, Ohio, finally got that semi-truck stopped last night. Authorities believe the driver was experiencing some illness.

It's the first volley from the White House in what is expected to be an intense battle as the White House today released its budget. One of the categories with the largest cuts is to be agriculture, with a 21% reduction. Also being reduced, EPA with 31% reduction, state department down 28%, Labor Department, down 21%. Congress holds purse strings and rarely approve a President's budget as proposed.
