Max Armstrong is reporting this morning from Commodity Classic in San Antonio.

Another person who says he's a journalist goes on trial this morning in Morton County, North Dakota. The first criminal case against journalist went to trial yesterday and was dismissed. There are 9 people who face misdemeanor charges such as trespassing or engaging in a riot.

It would be big mistake to take nutrition programs out of federal farm bill, says Wes Spurlock, leader of the National Corn Growers Association. It would be challenging to pass without WIC, school lunch, SNAP. The federal nutrition programs are crucial to getting federal farm bill passed.

Muhammad Ali, Jr., the son of Muhammad Ali, was detained and questioned by federal officials and questions about his religion for 45 minutes at a Florida airport. Ali, an American citizen, is continuing to grant interviews from news outlets around the world and he and his mother are considering a lawsuit.
