Max Armstrong talks about the new EPA administrator. (podcast)

These unseasonably warm days and cooler nights are creating the fog that can be challenge for drivers.

New NASCAR season is getting underway and tracks struggling to do as well as they have. Some are tearing out seats to make it look fuller than they are. There's been a 45% decline in TV viewership since 2005.

The new agriculture secretary is not on duty yet, but the new EPA administrator is and in the last administration the EPA administrator wielded almost as much power as the ag secretary did. Scott Pruitt spoke to the 15,000 employees of EPA yesterday. He didn't mention undoing WOTUS and clean power plant rules that were put in place under Obama, but will likely be undone in the Trump administration.

Did you see the video of the bull roaming the streets of New York City last week? It reminded Max of the time a truck tipped on the way to Chicago and a woman called their office saying she had one of the cows in her yard. The woman's home was seven miles from where the truck crashed.
