MORNING Midwest Digest, Nov. 30, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about a prisoner denied parole, rumors of a farm bill agreement, theft of a skate-boarding dog and a carcass business in Michigan.

For 58 years, a man has been in the Illinois prison system. Twenty-three times, he's been denied parole, including yesterday.

After nearly a week of rumors, there's been rumors of an agreement reached in conference committee for a new farm bill.

A Carmel, Ind., man won't serve jail time for stealing a skate-boarding dog from a neighbors backyard.

In Michigan, a business is busy along the freeway. It collects animals that have been killed along the roads.
