Max Armstrong's Daily Updates

MORNING Midwest Digest, Nov. 22, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about the impact of the e coli outbreak on romaine lettuce growers in Florida, as well as being thankful for service people today.

Reports of sickness tied to e coli contamination come at a terrible time for Florida growers, who had just begun romaine lettuce harvest. The Florida farmers could lose $2 million a week.

Be thankful for all of the service people who can't be with their families today, as we celebrate Thanksgiving. As well as the people who work the Butterball turkey hotline, which will take in 10,000 calls of turkey questions.
