Rand Paul says he'll step forward to block the presdient's national emergency declaration for our southern border.

The cold winter started early, and is continuing longer.

While tornados were far south, floods of february will be followed by a soggy March. Some flooding has been particularly troublesom in Tennessee.

Milk production estimates have been lowered.

Legislators in Iowa have been debating fireworks, and taxpayers are saying, "Move on."
