MORNING Midwest Digest, June 19, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about flooding, tariff impact on soybean prices, Cub Foods and forest bathing.

The flooding in Illinois sent water into a hospital. No patients were in danger. Two friends also saved a man from his car in the flood.

As the tariff war with China escalates, soybean prices are taking the brunt of that. Futures were down more than 20¢ a bushel over night.

The corn crop improved, according to the condition report.

The co-founder of Cub Foods passed away.

Forest bathing is a wellness practice from Japan that's catching on here. Which just means taking a stroll through the woods, and using all five senses to connect.
