MORNING Midwest Digest, June 11, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about weekend rain and storms, crop reports and phone scams.

Rains over the weekend were impressive, and oppressive. Iowa and parts of Illinois got 6 inches. Other areas of Illinois had tornadoes.

Crop reports today may not reflect the rains, but will show what's happening to crops that haven't had rain, like in Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois.

Beware, there are scammers out there. The Tech Support scam is one we hear about often now. Don't give control of your computer to a random third party, and definitely don't give your bank information.

CMA organizers in Nashville reported that more than 250 people were treated for heat-related illness and other issues this weekend.
