MORNING Midwest Digest, Feb. 11, 2019

Max Armstrong talks about a new presidential candidate for 2020, winter storms, accidents and falls, and trade talks with China and the tariff impact.

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar announced her run for president during a snowstorm in Minneapolis on Sunday.

Winter storms just keep coming. St. Louis had more than 100 accidents caused by ice. In Wisconsin, there were 40 vehicles in a pileup on the freeway.

Trade talks with the Chinese continue today. Farmers continue to be affected by the tariffs, particularly pork producers.

Falls were in the news over the weekend.
