The Boy Scouts of America could file for bankruptcy protection. 

A 49-year-old Kansas woman entered a guilty plea to a count of theft by bank employee. She embezzled $13,000 from the association and made false entries in bank reports.

The USDA has forecast an 8% drop in net cash farm income. Trade policy remains unsettled.

The American Society of Civil Engineers reports that 1 out of 5 miles of highways across the U.S. is in poor condition. 

Perdue University researchers have created a road sealant derived from soybeans.
