Well the findings are mixed on this, I’ve been told. Researchers have looked at what time changes do to our health. This weekend after time change many of us wake up earlier and have trouble falling asleep. Many of us larks – what they call us early risers – especially have trouble.

USDA’s last soybean and corn estimates come out later this week. Higher corn yield number expected and lower soybean number.
