It sounds like a good old-fashioned price war in Charleston, Illinois. 1/2 gallon milk is selling for 37 cents. 62 cents for gallon. New store opened and dropped prices earlier this year and prices have stayed down. Comes as milk production continues to increase and fluid milk consumption continues to decrease.
