Max Armstrong talks about elderly farmers and lack of severe storms. (audio)

Not that I’m complaining, but where are all of the severe storms? In 2011, 2014 extensive, deadly tornadoes hit parts of the nation. Generally, by this time we’ve had 394 tornadoes already. Just 218 so far this year. June is usually the worst month, followed by May.

The taxpayers who help fund community college in Peosta, Iowa, will be asked to make investment in facility this year.

Elderly farmers working in the field with their offspring or grandchildren have been some of my favorite twitter posts as of late. He’s urging younger farmers to record dad or granddad. Being able to see or hear your folks 30 years from now will be priceless.
