Binge drinking is something health experts are concerned about. 88,000 deaths a year are attributed to excessive alcohol consumption. Experts estimate there are 17 billion binge drinks a year in U.S. It’s defined as a woman having 4 or more and man having 5 or more drinks during short period of time.

Stress has become intense in dairy industry. John Shutske from University of Wisconsin-Madison reminds us we’ll find highest rate of suicide in ag industry of any profession. If there’s someone you’re worried about, it’s OK to talk about it. It does show people you care. There is national suicide prevention hotline. It is 800-273-8255.
