I bet there are some people from North Dakota there. I mention North Dakota because state legislature is deciding whether to allow for first time in 68 years to allow parking meters. Many consider free parking basic human right.

Two people died in Illinois as result of tornadoes. One died in Missouri. 

Wisconsin's Harley Davidson got a mention in president's speech the other night. 

The Midwest has a lot at stake in discussions about overhauling trade agreements.
