How reliant are our businesses on foreign-born workers? U.S. farms are very reliant. In the construction industry, 13% of workers are undocumented. In hospitality industry, 9% are undocumented.

It's an interesting exercise to look at land lost from U.S. farming base. Most of the states posted same round numbers as a year ago. Kansas, Illinois and Kentucky lost acreage. Texas has most land in farms. Rhode Island has the least, 70,000 acres in farms.
