Max Armstrong says farmers need to continue watching South American weather. (podcast)

Almost a third of the workers in a recent survey said they are late to work at least once a month. Top reasons blamed are traffic, oversleeping and bad weather, too tired and procrastination. 40% of hiring managers said they have fired someone for being late.

Clayton Pope is telling clients they need to continue watching South American weather for at least the next three months. The second corn crop in Brazil has become much more important and that crop hasn't been planted yet.
