MIDDAY Midwest Digest, September 18, 2018

Steve Alexander is in for Max and talks about dairy farm closures, state trade deals, farm safety week and a stuck bear cub.

Wisconsin lost 47 dairy farms last month. This is the worst year for dairy farm closures since 2013.

The United State may no longer have a trade deal with Canada, but the state of Indiana might.

This week is farm safety week. In Iowa, a 12-year-old boy died when a riding lawn tractor rolled and pinned him.

A bear cub got its head stuck in a hard, plastic globe in Wisconsin. A couple deputies and bear hunters rescued the cub.
