Lower income Americans are feeling better about the economy, according to a report from the University of Michigan.

Sen. Pat Roberts is among those cheering a new trade agreement between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. The new agreement will be called the USMCA.

Bayer Corp. is issuing a call for applications for grants. The Americas Farmers Grow Communities Program is available to farmers who farm 250 acres or more.

Another retail casualty in Chicago: Treasure Island Food stores will close in less than two weeks.
