Markets that affect farmers continue to react to news from the president. This week, prices rallied some after news that there was a phone conversation with a Chinese official.

Many farmers have been putting in very long days. Near Sun Prairie, Wis., an SUV ran into a tillage implement a tractor was towing down the highway.

A Michigan woman has a unique business; she rents out selectively bred white doves (homing pigeons). People can use those birds to release from their varied events. The birds will fly to their home in Saginaw, Mich., once released.
