MIDDAY Midwest Digest, Nov. 1, 2018

Max Armstrong talks about the accident that killed three children at a bus stop in Indiana, Daylight Saving Time impact, anticipation of next week's crop report and new shopping tech.

The location is changing where students board a bus north of Rochester, Ind., after three children died after being struck by a pickup truck.

Daylight Saving Time is being debated in Indiana.
