Good news, economists say, that our consumer spending is up. Retail sales this spring were better than expected. However, people are saving less and borrowing more.

The crop condition ratings are slipping slightly, but that happens this time of year.

Despite and ailing dairy economy, the Wisconsin Farm Technology Days had the largest attendance in three years.

Two planes made emergency landings at Kansas City's airport within an hour yesterday.

As of the first of July, a bunch of new laws and ordinances took effect. One in Arkansas made dancing legal on Sundays.
