Max Armstrong offers commentary on plant-based meat from a food industry executive

Max Armstrong shares insight from Ed Rensi, who was president and CEO of McDonald’s in the mid-1990s. Rensi recently offered a commentary on plant-based meat movement. Rensi says he’s concerned about consumers being guilted into the plant-based products through guilt marketing. He notes that he new plant-based products have a much wider environmental footprint than the traditional black-bean patty.
