Max Armstrong looks at USDA’s look at future food prices. The predicted rise in food prices is less than 2%, which is below the 20-year average. The rise in grocery store prices in 2018 was the first in three years. Max shares more information about the latest report from the agency, with news that the market basket will see prices up and down depending on the food. For those eating out, prices are expected to rise 2%, which is about average.
