The animal ag industry in Iowa is trying to get an ag gag law on the books, but judges keep blocking it. A new law was written to help livestock businesses who have undercover trespassers who try to film or photograph. The ACLU says it's unconstitutional. The vice-chairwoman of the Iowa ag committee says the law is absolutely necessary.
