Max Armstrong looks at a survey of consumers with surprising insight

Max Armstrong shares the results of a recent survey by Cargill looking at consumer knowledge of food production. The survey in France, Mexico, China and the United States showed that twice as many younger respondents know a farmer than those over 55. It shows that the younger consumer may be connecting to the industry more.
