Max Armstrong offers news of a partnership designed to bring the farm into the grocery store

Max Armstrong shares the story of a company that's putting farms in grocery stores. The German company Infarm is partnering with Kroger will put living produce farms on site. The store-sited farms are hydroponic systems and can provide shoppers fresh produce. The living produce farms will launch 15 of Kroger's QFC stores in Washington state. The high-tech vertical farms rely on Internet of Things tech and machine learning to manage the growing process.
