According to Delta Council president, Tom Gresham, the Delta Council is postponing its annual meeting until fall of 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation.

"We did not take this decision lightly and will still be following state and federal guidelines as we look to hold Delta Council Day later in the year," Gresham said. "This is only the third time in over eight decades that the meeting has been altered — the first one was during World War II, the second was during the flood of 2011, and now the coronavirus in 2020.

"We can assure you that the work of your regional development organization is ongoing and more relevant and critical than ever. Thank you for your support of Delta Council, and the Delta. Please keep in touch, stay engaged, and most importantly, stay safe."
