The photo features Laramie Schlichtemeier, Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2017, and was taken at the 2017 Days of '56 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association rodeo in Ponca, Neb. Leu entered the photo at the fair because she feels it captures the spirit of Nebraska.
