Kubota is adding to its disk mower line, offering a triple-mower approach for its biggest new tractor the M7-171 (a machine that will be available later in 2016). The system requires at least 140-hp to operate.

New product rollouts are an interesting part of our jobs here at Farm Industry News and recently we attended a Kubota event in Georgia where we saw a significant company milestone, but also got to look at a few new pieces of equipment. This gallery, totally focused on Kubota this week, shows you a few of the items we saw.
The company lays claim to being a leader in the diesel utility vehicle business with a No. 1 position. And company leaders are aiming to be No. 1 in the small haytool market as well. Finally, they’re also innovating the world of the compact tractor loader backhoe, a business they have a significant position in. Their innovation in that last category includes machines with longer booms that offer more versatility. Check out the gallery for more information.
We also learned that the company’s new Skid Steer loader line and the new M7 series tractors will be delayed to market for an unspecified time as the company makes sure it gets all the details right. As Todd Stucke, vice president, North America, told attending media: “The Kubota brand is very important and we only have one chance to make a good first impression. We will bring the products to market when we’re comfortable they’re ready.”
We’ll keep you updated on that situation.
