NFMS celebrates 50th anniversary, sees rise in attendance from last year.

Attendance at this month’s National Farm Machinery Show has proven interest in new agricultural products and technology is growing. 310,589 attendees participated in the 2015 show in Louisville at the Kentucky Exposition Center. And the show celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Attendees also sat in on educational seminars and 66,000 people went to the Championship Tractor Pull event.

The show started in 1966 when a group of farmers, crop experts and salesmen gathered in Louisville. Now, National Farm Machinery Show generates a $21.5 million impact in the community and throughout Kentucky.
