MZB Technologies, a subsidiary of Wheat Growers, recently announced a data connectivity agreement with The Climate Corp., a subsidiary of Monsanto Co.

“MZB Technologies has a robust dealer network that’s aligned with The Climate Corp.’s Climate FieldView platform, and it makes sense to pass along the efficiencies these two cloud-based platforms can offer,” said Brent Wiesenburger, precision ag manager at Wheat Growers. “This relationship lets farmers link their MZB account with their Climate FieldView account to experience actionable in-season nutrient management insights customized for their operation.”

The two platforms will work together seamlessly to give farmers and their agronomists access to information that was previously only available in one system or the other, he said.

“At Climate, easy data integration between retailer software systems and the Climate FieldView platform is a core focus of ours so farmers and their trusted advisers can work together to make important data-driven decisions throughout the growing season,” said Mike Stern, chief executive officer for The Climate Corp. “We’re very pleased to have a data integration partnership between MZB and the Climate FieldView platform to enable easy navigation between the two platforms for a more seamless experience for MZB dealers and their Climate FieldView customers.”

“Having this additional level of data sharing frees up our field experts to spend more time with their customers to help them succeed,” Wiesenburger said. MZB Technologies will begin integration with the Climate FieldView platform immediately and looks forward to a spring of 2017 product release.
