Carlee Frosoni, Lubbock, Texas, has been named vice president of operations for Serō Ag Strategies, an agribusiness specializing in sustainability and economic strategy.

Frosoni joins Serō Ag with a decade of experience in operations and strategic project management, most recently serving as a senior product manager in the marketing technology sector.

"Her experience in product management and her ability to manage complex projects will be invaluable as we continue to scale our operations to meet the demands of our customers," said John Duff, Serō Ag Strategies founder and Farm Press Sorghum Focus columnist.

In her previous roles, Frosoni led initiatives that bridged product development with operational execution, driving efficiencies and helping the organization adapt to a rapidly changing market.

Her new responsibilities include enhancing Serō Ag Strategies’ operational framework, ensuring customers' needs are met and providing a foundation for future growth.

Frosoni is a 2015 Texas Tech University graduate with a degree in marketing.
