Wisconsin State Fair officials are excited to once again to announce several "Fair Deals" that offer Fairgoers the biggest savings on advance admission, cream puffs and tickets for SpinCity, the new amusement ride and game area at the Fair. In addition to the $5 fair admission, several exciting partnerships offer added benefits for those who plan ahead and purchase early. The 2012 Wisconsin State Fair will take place Thursday, Aug. 2 through Sunday, Aug. 12 at Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis. 

'Fair Deals' Offer Savings at Wisconsin State Fair

Fairgoers can save on admission by purchasing $5 Fair Deal admission tickets that provide a savings of $4 per ticket off the adult gate admission price – a 45% savings. New in 2012, the discounted admission vouchers can be purchased right at the checkout at participating Wisconsin Sentry, Trig's and Festival Foods stores. Festival Foods is a new retail partner in 2012, and admission vouchers can be purchased at all Wisconsin Festival Foods locations. In addition, tickets can also be purchased online at WiStateFair.com (mail order and print-at-home options are available; service fee applies). The $5 Fair Deal adult admission vouchers and tickets are on sale through June 30. Tickets may also be purchased at the Fair Ticket Office at 7722 W. Greenfield Ave. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (beginning Tuesday, May 1) as well as Saturday, June 30 from 9 a.m. to 3p.m.

Save on rides

New in 2012, fairgoers who love rides and games can save 50% off the price of individually purchased ride and game tickets for the new SpinCity amusement area at the Fair. For only $25 purchasers will receive a 50 ticket sheet valid for all SpinCity rides and games. SpinCity rides and games will generally require two to five tickets per ride or game. The 50 ticket sheet will only be offered May 1 through June 30 at WiStateFair.com (service fee applies) and the Fair Ticket Office.

The Sweetest Deal is back and better than ever! Cream Puff lovers can purchase a 6-Pack Certificate for only $15 and save $9 off individually purchased cream puffs. Plus, certificates can be used in the Express Lane in the Original Cream Puff Pavilion at the Fair or one of the Cream Puff satellite locations in the Fair Park. Cream Puff 6-pack Certificates can be purchased online at WiStateFair.com (service fee applies) or the Fair Ticket Office.

Also new this year, two Wisconsin traditions have come together to offer the $17 Hog Wild Fair Deal. For only $17 purchasers will receive one adult admission ticket to the Harley-Davidson Museum (which includes access to the summer exhibit Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket) and one general admission ticket to this year's Fair. This offer is valid through July 31 and can be purchased at WiStateFair.com (service fee applies) or the Fair Ticket Office.

The $15 "Fair Play" 3-Day Pass is back and allows Fairgoers the ability to save up to $12 off the gate price! The $15 "Fair Play" 3-Day Passes will be available from May 1 through June 30 and can be purchased in the Sweet Grass Gift Shop at Potawatomi Bingo Casino. Those who purchase tickets in the Sweet Grass Gift Shop will receive $10 in Fire Keeper's Club^® Reward Play after 10 slot points are earned in their same-day visit with each 3-Day Pass purchased. The passes are also available at the Fair Ticket Office and WiStateFair.com (FKC Reward Play not included; service fee applies to online orders). To receive FKC Reward Play, purchasers must be at least 21 years old and a Fire Keeper's Club member. Membership is free. Only one FKC Reward Play per member per day.

Fairgoers can take advantage of a home run of a deal on Brewers $13 Fair Fridays! The Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin State Fair have again teamed up to provide fans with special ticket savings on tickets to Brewers home games and the Fair. For only $13, fans can purchase one Terrace Reserved Ticket to any Brewers Fair Friday home game and one State Fair admission ticket, valid for any day throughout the 11-day run of the Fair. All remaining Friday Brewers Games are $13 Fair Fridays, and tickets are on sale now through July 31 or while supplies last. Tickets may be purchased online at Brewers.com/statefair or at the Brewers Ticket Office at (414) 902-4000.
