Registration is being taken for Montana's Farm-To-School Summit, which is taking place Aug. 11-12 with the theme, "Digging Deeper."
Attendees will examine how two school programs are cultivating success through the core elements of farm-to-school--serving local foods, school gardens, nutrition, agriculture, and food education, according to the state Department of Agriculture.
The conference will feature workshops and field trips with national and Montana farm-to-school advocates.
