CUT THE CORD

BELKIN'S CABLE-FREE USB hub does not require a cable to connect to the computer, giving desktop computer users the freedom to place peripheral USB devices anywhere in the room without running long cables. A laptop user gains the freedom to roam wirelessly with the laptop around the room while still maintaining access to the stationary USB devices, such as printers, scanners, hard drives and MP3 players.

The hub uses Ultra-Wideband technology, which is 100 times faster than Bluetooth technology. The computer communicates with the hub via a small “dongle” plugged into a USB port, which is included.

The suggested retail price is $129.99. Contact Belkin Corp., Dept. FIN, 501 W. Walnut St., Compton, CA 90220, 800/223-5546, visit www.belkin.com or www.freeproductinfo.net/fin, or circle 199.
