ON-FARM: The events let producers and agribusiness professionals view on-farm variety performance trials.

Michigan State University Extension will host four crop field day events in Northeast Michigan this August-September:

• Corn Field Day, 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 27 at Double B Dairy, 6199 Miller Road, Whittemore

• Potato Field Day,11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Wilk variety trial, 4500 Lake Augusta Highway, Hawks

• Dry Bean Field Day, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 31 at Smolinski Green Acres Farm,13449 Taylor Hawks Road, Lachine

• Soybean Field Day,10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 5, Hardies variety trial. 23000 County Road 451, Hillman

These events provide opportunities for producers and agribusiness professionals to view on-farm variety performance and fungicide trials (dry beans) while getting the latest management recommendations and industry news from MSU experts.
