Growers looking for consistent high-yield potential plant Deltapine® brand cotton varieties.

“We plant Deltapine because it performs year after year,” said Karen Edwards, Garry Makamson Farms in Morgan City, Mississippi. “We always set aside about 100 acres on the farm to plant and trial other varieties just to keep up with what’s coming to market, but Deltapine is always the main brand that we plant on our acres because the yields are dependable.”

With a long history of consistent high-end performance, Deltapine brand is the top- planted brand of cotton seed and growers’ best choice for proven genetics and traits. Deltapine cotton varieties have raised the bar on what growers expect for yield performance in cotton.

“I guess the first reason we plant Deltapine is that I honestly believe that they have the best products on the market,” said Jason Rackler, who farms in Levelland, Texas. “The second reason is the support team. The Deltapine guys I deal with are just as passionate about the crop as I am, and they’re just great to work with.”

Jason Pate farms across various soil types on his farm near Andalusia, Alabama, and he needs proven high-yielding cotton varieties to be successful. “Deltapine has been our bread and butter for the past 24 years,” Pate said. “We plant Deltapine varieties because they work on our soil types, and they contribute to our bottom line. We get consistent performance, and we know we are planting proven varieties because of the New Product Evaluator Program.”

While high-end yield potential is one of the first things growers associate with the Deltapine brand, that potential is protected by agronomic traits and a system designed for success.

ThryvOn® Technology for cotton provides built-in protection against key tarnished plant bugs and thrips species and can be a game changer for growers. With fewer thrips feeding on the young plants, crops can emerge healthier and often reach pinhead square faster.*

ThryvOn Technology for cotton also helps suppress plant bugs, potentially delaying threshold buildup and reducing the number of sprays needed. With a 6.1% increase in square retention, ThryvOn Technology helps plants reach their yield potential.**

Deltapine cotton varieties can help growers make the most of every acre they plant in 2025, including Deltapine® brand Bollgard® 3 ThryvOn® cotton with XtendFlex® Technology (B3TXF) varieties, providing built-in protection against key plant bugs and thrips species and a dynamic lineup of Bollgard® 3 XtendFlex® cotton varieties.

When planting in 2025, growers should select cotton varieties based on yield potential, and the Deltapine brand is the consistent yield leader across the Belt.
