The North Carolina Cotton Field Day will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 10. The program begins at 10:00 a.m. with a presentation on the new farm bill by Craig Brown from the National Cotton Council.

<p>The North Carolina Cotton Field Day will be held Wednesday, Sept. 10 at the Upper Coastal Plan Research Station in Rocky Mount.</p>

The North Carolina Cotton Field Day will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 10 this year. We will start off at 10:00 a.m. with a presentation on the new farm bill by Craig Brown from the National Cotton Council.

This presentation will be held at the East Carolina Ag & Education Center: 1175 Kingsboro Road, Rocky Mount. The facility is located near the Upper Coastal Plain Research Station.

We will then move to the Upper Coastal Plain Research Station  for lunch at noon, followed by field tours from 1:30 to 4:30. The field day will conclude with ice cream, closing comments and door prizes following the field tours. Please see the preliminary program below.
