The world’s governments are expected to have to roll over $8 trillion in sovereign debt in the coming year. How the financial markets handle those obligations could play a role in cotton prices along with other factors such as drought in Argentina. J. Michael Quinn discussed those issues during a presentation on Cotton’s 2012 Market Outlook at the Beltwide Cotton Conferences in Orlando.
