Though they’ve gotten a deservedly bad reputation in recent years for doing serious crop damage, not all stink bugs are crop pests. Some are beneficial and prey on other crop pests, especially in vegetable production. Knowing the difference between a good stink and a bad stink is a good thing -- speaking in a pesty sort of way.

Here are some stink bugs commonly found in Southeastern fields.
