United Producers Inc. (UPI) will hold its ninth annual Fat Cattle Show and Sale at its Manchester, facility, Nov. 7. The show highlights the commercial cattle industry. Entries can be either a pen of five colored heifers or steers, Holstein steers or Jersey steers and are judged based on a desirable combination of muscling and finish.

Cattle will be judged on Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. and sold at 1 p.m. United Producers will receive cattle all day Nov. 6 and the morning of Nov. 7.

United Producers to host Fat Cattle Show and Sale at Manchester Market

Award categories include pen of five feeder cattle, heifers, steers, Holsteins and Jerseys. Banners will be awarded to the Champion and Reserve Champion in all categories except Jersey. Only Grand Champion will be awarded in the Jersey category.

Lunch will be served at 12 p.m. and is sponsored by Merial, Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim, O'Hara Dodge and Kent Feeds.
