The UNL Corn N Calculator, an Excel spreadsheet application, has recently been revised slightly to reflect price trends in fertilizer and corn.

The previous version of the calculator did not allow fertilizer price to exceed $800 per ton, or corn price to exceed $5 per bushel. Prices now exceed those limits in much of Nebraska. Consequently, the spreadsheet has been updated to allow fertilizer prices up to $1,200 per ton and corn price up to $10 per bushel.
