Average November Corn Price Down 55 Cents From 2013

Milk is up $2.70 per hundredweight compared to last year November.

The preliminary November 2014 average price received by farmers for corn in Minnesota was $3.75 per bushel according to the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service's Agricultural Prices report.

This was up $0.24 from the October price, but $0.55 lower than November 2013.

The preliminary November 2014 average price received by farmers for soybeans, at $10.40 per bushel, was up $0.40 from the October price, but $2.20 lower than the November 2013 price.

The preliminary November oat price was $3.10 per bushel, down $0.02 from October, but $0.01 above November 2013.

All hay prices in Minnesota averaged $130.00 per ton in November, up $15.00 from the October price, but $38.00 per ton less than November 2013. Alfalfa hay prices fell $40.00 per ton from one year ago, to $160.00 and other hay prices were $35.00 per ton lower than last year, at $100.00.

The preliminary November average price was $24.60 per cwt for milk, down $1.70 from October, but $2.70 per cwt above one year ago.

Corn: $3.57
Soybeans: $10.10
All hay: $164
Alfalfa hay: $184
Oats: $2.97
Spring wheat: $5.58
All milk: $23.40
