Arkansas, Missouri and West Tennessee attracted most of the media coverage on off-target applications of dicamba last year. But the misapplications were also a problem in Midwest soybean states like Illinois. The Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association’s Jean Payne discussed Illinois’ efforts to address the issue in a presentation at The Pesticide Stewardship Alliance Conference in Memphis, Tenn., earlier this year.
