Matt Huot, a leader in the Morris Area chapter of Future Farmers of America, showed this dairy cow to students at an Ag in the Classroom event held in Minneapolis, Minn., May 18, at the Anderson United Community School. Huot enjoyed teaching urban school students about the cow and its importance in agriculture. The event's purpose revolves around educating elementary students about agriculture and how food gets to their plates.
